Warranty and Repair

Biocare provided 1 year warranty for hardware from the invoice date after being confirmed with quality defected and Free Software upgrade service

Please note that any physical damage to the products VOID the product's warranty.

If there are hardware malfunction when you use the product from Biocare, please contact with our technical support  firstly, The support will require the invoice number and SN number for the defective hardware, and confirm if  it is in warranty or not,  then Our support will send the cost list for repairing, and how to return the hardware to us

Shipping
